个人简介
陈新亮,博士/副教授,博士生导师。主要从事光电子薄膜材料与器件领域的研究工作。2007年6月威斯尼斯人60555博士毕业,2009年12月晋升为副教授。美国密歇根大学(University of Michigan-Ann Arbor) 访问研究学者(Research Scholar)。主持和参加国家重点研发项目(课题)、国家自然科学基金项目,天津市重点自然科学基金项目等。在太阳电池(如晶硅异质结太阳电池SHJ等),新型透明导电氧化物(TCO)以及先进光电子器件等领域有较深入的研究。近年来,在《ACS Applied Materials & Interface》《Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells》,《Applied Surface Science》,《Journal of Crystal Growth》,《Thin Solid Films》,《物理学报》和《半导体学报》等研究性期刊上发表研究论文30余篇,获得国家发明专利10余项。《中国电力百科全书(第三版)》新能源发电卷编撰者。
《ACS Nano》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry A》、《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》、《Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells》、《Applied Energy》、《Journal of Power Sources》、《Applied Surface Science》等国际期刊通讯审稿人(Reviewer)。指导研究生闫聪博同学毕业论文荣获“天津市优秀硕士学位论文”;张翅同学荣获研究生“国家奖学金”;王斐同学荣获“威斯尼斯人60555优秀硕士毕业生”。
