威斯尼斯人60555超导电子与射频微波应用研究室在超导射频微波的基础研究与应用研究上都拥有重大的科研成果。我们在大面积超导薄膜、射频微波器件和系统等方面进行了多年的研究,主持过多项863、973等国家或地方重大项目,拥有多项发明专利。我们从基本的超导薄膜制备到射频微波器件及系统设计和制作方面都具有自己独立的技术知识储备和知识产权。研究的内容主要包括超导材料、超导通信、雷达、各种常温和低温滤波器、天线、射频微波开关、低噪声放大器等。本研究室与中国电子科技集团公司第十六研究所合作研究的S波段超导低温接收机前端系统已经在2012年3月份通过验收并应用到嫦娥工程与深空探测网络的地面测控系统中。同时合作研究的X波段超导低温接收机前端系统已经研制出来,将用于我国X波段新型深空探测网络的测试验证工作。
本研究室长期以来一直从事高温超导射频微波材料和应用研究,从研究队伍到实验室设备都具备雄厚的实力。研究室现有教授2人(赵新杰、何明)、副教授3人(季鲁、张旭、陈海华),此外还有博士和硕士生20余人。教师全部都有国外留学经历,其中2人博士后出站。研究室和德国Juelich研究中心、俄罗斯科学院微系统所 (Institute Physics of Microstructures RAS)、美国堪萨斯大学、中国电子科技集团公司第十六研究所、中国空间技术研究院510所、中科院物理所、南京大学等国内外知名学校和科研单位都有合作关系。

个人简介:
1997年毕业于天津威斯尼斯人60555物理系应用物理专业,获得学士学位;2002年毕业于威斯尼斯人60555通信与信息系统专业,获得工学硕士学位;2008年6月毕业于威斯尼斯人60555信息技术科学学院微电子学与固体电子学专业,获工学博士学位。2008年12月被聘为威斯尼斯人60555副教授,2015年12月被聘为威斯尼斯人60555教授。现任电子信息工程系主任。
2005年9月获得德国DAAD奖学金,在德国于利希(Juelich)研究中心从事了2年的研究工作。2008年到2010年期间多次受邀作为访问学者在德国于利希(Juelich)研究中心以及德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学从事相关科研工作。
研究方向为电子通信、超导电子技术、数字信号处理等,主要从事高温超导的特性和应用研究、THz信号产生和检测、无线微波通信、数字通信等研究。参与了多项国家高技术研究发展计划(863)项目和国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目的研究工作,作为课题负责人承担了国家自然科学基金“基于超导器件的太赫兹信号源研究”(2012-2015), 国家863项目 “高温超导接收机前端集成技术”(2009年~2011年)以及国家留学基金委项目“超导太赫兹信号发生与检测技术”的研究工作。
主要研究方向:
1. 微波射频通信
包括低噪声放大器、滤波器、混频器等有源和无源微波射频器件和系统,用于无线通信、雷达、微波通信等,包含基于超导材料和普通材料的两个方面的应用研究。我们和16所合作研究的超导接收机已经在探月工程的地面测控站测试使用。
2. 超导约瑟夫森结器件
研究各种超导结型器件,主要研究THz信号发射和检测,研究如何在微波谐振器中产生和检测THz信号,包括超导约瑟夫森结器件的设计和制作。
3. 移动通信、嵌入式系统和物联网
主要研究手机和移动设备等与外围设备和传感器等之间的通信和控制,比如远程医疗系统、智能家居、寻物定位、远程监控系统等。研究如何通过手机等移动设备查询、监视或控制外部系统。包括手机应用软件、嵌入式系统、Zigbee网络、无线和有线网络的研究。
